Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Puffin Forms ("Services"), operated by Velopulent LLP ("Velopulent", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability partnership incorporated under the laws of India.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Puffin Forms is a form backend service enabling users to collect submissions, process file uploads, deliver submissions to Email, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and Webhooks, integrate third party services via OAuth, use custom domains, and optionally enable AI-based spam detection, translation, and summarization.

The Services are provided as a public SaaS platform and may operate in beta phases.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and will comply with applicable laws.

You may be required to create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Subscriptions are offered monthly and annually in USD.

Payments are processed exclusively via Polar.sh. We do not collect or store payment card information.

Refunds may be granted within 7 days of initial purchase at our discretion, provided there is no excessive or abusive usage. Renewals are generally non refundable unless required by law.

You are solely responsible for the content of form submissions you collect and for compliance with all applicable data protection laws.

Puffin Forms acts as a data processor for submissions collected on your behalf.

You may not use the Services to collect or process protected health information, financial cardholder data, government identification numbers, biometric data, classified government data, or any data requiring specific regulatory compliance unless independently ensured.

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, interfere with security mechanisms, or transmit malware.

You retain ownership of your form content and submissions. You grant us a limited license to process such data solely to provide the Services.

You represent that your content does not violate any applicable law or third party rights.

AI features including spam detection, translation, and summarization are optional and executed only when enabled.

AI generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating such outputs.

The Services integrate with third party platforms including Email, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and Webhooks.

We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third party providers.

Application data is hosted in Germany on Hetzner infrastructure. File uploads are stored via Cloudflare R2.

Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted form. Regular backups are maintained.

No system is completely secure.

Users may export, delete submissions, and delete their accounts.

Upon account deletion, associated data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.

We reserve the right to monitor the Services and take appropriate action against violations of these Terms.

The Services are provided on an as is and as available basis. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velopulent LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the twelve months preceding the claim.

If you are using a free plan, trial plan, beta access, or have not paid any fees, our total liability shall be zero to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velopulent LLP from any claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time by revising the Last updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Velopulent LLP. If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain valid.
